After I was at senior high school, I had been within the band front, the part known as show flags or silks. We twirled, switched and twisted large flags on 7 feet rods while marching in intricate, choreographed moves. Nobody took in in my experience. I felt terrible. It had not been any fun. I felt just like a failure. And That I wasn't sure why I figured it was the best way to lead. This style would not have done me. I went home frustrated and embarrassed.
Throughout the summer time, I visited the school band camping for top school captains to understand programs. I had been sparked with creativeness and the the programs. I observed the leadership from the camping advisors. I chose to alter my style and also have a mindset of leadership that suit beside me. How would i would like anyone to lead the show flags? The morning in our bi weekly band camping in the senior high school showed up. It had been two days until school began.
